Job Summary

Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the academic goals of the school
• Assess student performance through observation, participation, testing, and other methods
• Provide individualized attention to students as needed
• Set expectations for classroom behavior in order to maintain a positive learning environment
• Collaborate with other teachers, staff, administration and parents to ensure that students are receiving the best education possible
• Participate in professional development opportunities such as workshops or conferences
• Maintain current knowledge of curriculum standards
• Keep accurate records of student progress

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to develop creative lesson plans based on curriculum goals • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Ability to create a safe learning environment for all students • Ability to manage a classroom effectively • Possesses strong organizational skills • Proficiency with computers and modern technology • Foreigner experience is desirable
