Job Summary
We are looking for a Waiter to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented and able to ensure an enjoyable guest experience. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and the willingness to learn and grow with the team.

Requirements for the Candidate
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in food service or hospitality. Candidates should also possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in English. The ability to speak Arabic is a plus but not mandatory. In addition, applicants must possess strong problem solving skills as well as be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Duties
The Waiter will be responsible for welcoming guests and making them feel comfortable and at home while they enjoy their stay with us. They should have knowledge of menu items as well as wine selection to provide accurate information when needed. The Waiter will also work closely with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared quickly and accurately as well as monitor stock levels to ensure all items are stocked properly throughout the shift.
