Chef in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Chef Position in Riyadh We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating outstanding dishes, as well as a knowledge of international cuisine. Responsibilities include: -Developing and creating menus for special occasions -Supervising and controlling the kitchen staff and their performance -Maintaining hygiene standards within the kitchen and dining areas -Ensuring that all food safety regulations are adhered to -Creating detailed reports on food usage, waste, and stock levels -Monitoring inventory levels of ingredients and maintaining appropriate stock levels -Training kitchen staff in line with company policies and procedures -Maintaining kitchen equipment up to date, including ordering new items when needed. Qualifications: -At least 5 years of professional cooking experience in a similar role -Excellent understanding of different cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes -Experience working with international cuisine is highly preferred -Ability to multi task effectively under pressure -Strong communication skills both verbal and written -Must be willing to work flexible hours when needed We are offering a competitive salary of 1600 per month (negotiable depending on experience).
