Job Summary
As a Salesman, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to potential customers and expanding our customer base. You will identify customer needs, assess their buying preferences, negotiate deals, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process. You must also ensure that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or marketing
• Proven track record of excellent sales performance
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
• Knowledge of product promotion techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets
• Flexible schedule with availability in evenings/weekends as needed
Responsibilities
• Develop relationships with new customers by understanding their needs and presenting them solutions tailored to their requirements
• Identify opportunities for growth within existing customer accounts by upselling new products/services that meet their needs
• Negotiate deals that are mutually beneficial to both the customer and the company while ensuring adherence to company policies
• Manage customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing solutions according to company guidelines
Duties
• Develop knowledge of all products/services offered by the company including features, benefits, pricing plans etc.
• Track sales performance data regularly against target goals through use of relevant software tools • Participate in industry events/conferences as needed • Update customer records regularly as per company policy • Analyze market trends, competitor activity etc., for development of effective marketing strategies
