Responsibilities:
• Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identifying customer needs, responding to inquiries, and offering solutions based on customer requirements.
• Negotiating contracts, pricing, product delivery timescales, payment terms etc.
• Identifying new sales opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
• Preparing reports on sales performance as required by management.
• Collaborating with other departments within the organisation to ensure successful completion of sales projects.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role is essential for the position.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential for this role.
• A high level of knowledge in sales techniques is required for this role.
• Strong problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential qualifications for this position.
