Executive Chef – Riyadh

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. We are open to considering a foreigner for this position. The ideal candidate should have minimal work experience but demonstrate excellent culinary skills and knowledge of restaurant management.
Requirements for the Candidate:
• At least 3 years of experience as a chef or in a similar role
• Previous experience in restaurant management preferred
• Solid understanding of food safety regulations
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work different shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• BSc/BA in Culinary Arts or similar field is preferred but not required
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop new recipes, menus and daily specials that meet the needs of customers and business objectives
• Supervise kitchen staff on daily basis, delegating tasks efficiently to ensure timely delivery of dishes
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and quality standards
• Closely monitor inventory levels, order supplies as necessary, and track spending against budget
• Train kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques and methods
• Provide excellent customer service by attending to customers’ needs promptly
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
• Ability to work calmly under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
• Knowledgeable about nutrition standards and international cuisines
