Executive Chef (Riyadh)
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. You will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, developing new menus, and ensuring the highest quality of food served.
Job Description:
The Executive Chef is responsible for directing and controlling all culinary activities in the kitchen. You will ensure that all dishes meet the highest standards and that guests have a great dining experience. You will also develop creative menus that appeal to customers while staying within the budget.
Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively
- Monitor food quality and presentation standards
- Develop new recipes and menu items based on customer feedback
- Monitor food inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee kitchen sanitation practices
- Train new kitchen staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar position
- Extensive knowledge of modern cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, recipes, menus, and plating techniques
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate staffs to produce quality dishes on time
Salary: 1200 SAR per month
