Executive Chef – Riyadh
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in the culinary industry and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their work. We are also open to considering immigrants for this position.
Responsibilities:
-Developing menus and creating new recipes
-Ordering kitchen supplies and ensuring that inventory levels are maintained
-Ensuring that the kitchen is properly staffed and scheduling staff shifts
-Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and flavor
-Ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations
-Managing Food & Beverage costs and expenses, monitoring budget performance
-Establishing productive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, etc.
Requirements:
-3+ years of experience as an executive chef or sous chef in a professional kitchen setting
-Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
-Excellent culinary skills with the ability to develop new recipes
-Leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff members to meet targets
Salary: 1200 SAR/month
