Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. As the Executive Chef you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of the kitchen, including menu development, staff training and resource management. You must have an aptitude for creating delicious meals and possess excellent leadership skills in order to effectively manage the kitchen staff. The salary offered is 1500 SAR per month. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this position.

Qualifications and Requirements
• At least 7 years experience working in a professional kitchen as a chef
• Expert knowledge of food preparation techniques and recipes
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Outstanding leadership skills with proven ability to manage staff
• Excellent people skills with strong communication abilities
• Team player with a positive attitude
Responsibilities
• Develop menus that meet customer needs and expectations
• Train kitchen staff on proper food safety procedures, proper use of equipment, recipes etc.
• Ensure all necessary ingredients are on hand and properly stored prior to service times
• Monitor quality control throughout all stages of production
• Maintain accurate food inventories
• Implement effective cost control measures
