Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a kitchen of experienced chefs and lead the development of innovative, high-quality dishes. The Executive Chef will be responsible for creating menus, costing recipes, overseeing food preparation, ensuring quality control and safety standards are met, and managing staff.
Job Duties:
β’ Create menus for all meals served in the restaurant
β’ Source ingredients from reliable suppliers
β’ Develop recipes and cost them accordingly
β’ Ensure that all food is prepared according to health regulations
β’ Oversee kitchen operations and staff management
β’ Train new chefs on restaurant procedures and techniques
β’ Monitor food quality and presentation
β’ Monitor stock levels and order new supplies when necessary
β’ Address customer inquiries or complaints regarding food quality or service
Requirements:
β’ Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel environment
β’ Culinary degree or equivalent certificate of culinary arts training
β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while keeping attention to detail
β’ Good knowledge of international cuisine
β’ Excellent communication skills
β’ Open to taking suggestions on improving existing recipes to meet customer demands
