Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for creating product displays in stores and maintaining inventory levels.
• Analyzing sales data to identify trends and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
• Working with vendors to negotiate prices and secure discounts for bulk orders.
• Establishing relationships with store managers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Ensuring the store has sufficient stock of products to meet customer demand.
• Developing promotional plans to increase sales in-store and online.
• Keeping up-to-date on market trends and competitor products/prices.
• Maintaining accurate records/reports related to sales activities/ inventory levels/expenses etc.
Qualifications Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; or equivalent experience in retail merchandising/sales management • Proven track record of successful merchandising or sales experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
