Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire kitchen staff, cooking and preparing meals, creating new recipes and menus, ensuring food quality and presentation meets high standards, controlling costs and managing all aspects of the kitchen operations. The position offers a competitive salary of 1300. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of the kitchen operations including staff, food ordering, recipes & menus development, production & presentation
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure high standards
• Develop innovative menu ideas to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Monitor cost control procedures to ensure budget targets are met
• Supervise kitchen staff in all related activities and provide guidance as needed
• Train new kitchen staff on preparation techniques, proper food handling and safety regulations
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
• Proven ability to develop innovative menus with excellent presentation skills
• Knowledge of local cuisine preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication & organizational skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while managing deadlines
