Executive Chef - Riyadh

We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our kitchen team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day kitchen operations and will oversee all culinary activities.

The Executive Chef should have a passion for cooking and a creative flair that can be used in developing new dishes, as well as revamping existing ones. An eye for detail is essential, as is excellent organizational skills.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing menus, recipes and kitchen procedures


• Ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to the highest standards of quality


• Monitoring the performance of staff members and providing feedback on their performance


• Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times


• Ordering supplies and ensuring that the kitchen has sufficient stock at all times

We will consider applicants with minimal work experience; however, previous experience working as an Executive Chef or in a similar role is preferred. We are also open to considering applicants from outside of Saudi Arabia.

Salary: 1500 SAR per month.
