Executive Chef - Riyadh

We are looking for a creative and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The Executive Chef will play a key role in the development of our culinary services and operations. The successful candidate should be able to effectively manage the kitchen staff, develop menus, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen operations and personnel, including scheduling, training and supervision.
• Develop menus that are creative and up-to-date with current trends.
• Create an efficient system of food production while maintaining the highest level of quality.
• Ensure compliance with health safety regulations.
• Oversee the ordering process to guarantee freshness of ingredients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and procedures.
• Good understanding of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure.
