Job Description

The Executive Chef will be responsible for creating innovative dishes that are unique in taste, appearance and presentation. They will be tasked with setting up menus, ordering ingredients, overseeing food preparation and cooking staff, controlling inventory costs and maintaining accurate records. They will also monitor the quality of all prepared dishes, train new cooks and chefs, oversee the maintenance of kitchen equipment and ensure a safe working environment.
