Executive Chef job in Riyadh Saudi Arabia
EXECUTIVE CHEF - RIYADH
We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, creativity, leadership skills and the ability to manage a busy kitchen.
The Executive Chef's primary responsibilities include:
• Developing creative menus and recipes according to customer preferences and nutritional needs.
• Overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision.
• Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
• Monitoring food production quality control standards and cost control procedures.
• Purchasing fresh ingredients/supplies in order to maintain stock levels on a daily basis.
• Working closely with the front-of-house team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Completing menu costing, pricing, and inventory tracking tasks as needed.
The successful candidate must possess:
• At least 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting.
• Culinary education or related certification is highly desirable but not required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
