Responsibilities:

• Prepare desserts according to recipes.


• Ensure high quality of ingredients used in the preparation of desserts.


• Create new recipes as per customer requirements.


• Maintain hygiene standards according to food safety regulations.


• Provide superior customer service to all customers.


• Train new staff in pastry making techniques.
