Executive Chef vacancy in Riyadh

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at an exciting and dynamic restaurant in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire kitchen team, developing and implementing innovative menus, and ensuring that all food is of the highest quality. The position offers a salary of 1700 and we are willing to consider a foreign candidate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new menu items, recipes, and cooking techniques


• Manage kitchen staff, including hiring and training new employees


• Monitor food inventory levels and order supplies as needed


• Ensure that all food items are prepared according to health codes


• Create weekly staff schedules for kitchen employees


• Communicate with waitstaff about customer preferences or special requests

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working as an Executive Chef or similar role in the hospitality industry.



• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.




• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
