Job Description

• Developing menus and overseeing food preparation.


• Managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.


• Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed correctly.


• Creating and implementing food cost savings initiatives.


• Ensuring that all dishes are prepared in accordance with recipes and specifications.


• Managing staff resources, including recruitment, training, coaching and mentoring.


• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
