Executive Chef – Riyadh
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef for our rapidly expanding restaurant in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1400 SAR.
We are open to employing a foreigner for this position and the ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience.
Responsibilities
The Executive Chef will have full authority in the kitchen, be responsible for all aspects of food production, menu planning, cost control, and quality control. Specific duties include:
- Creating and executing menus based on the restaurant’s concept
- Identifying and ordering supplies needed to complete daily tasks
- Managing staff schedules and delegating tasks
- Training kitchen staff in proper cooking techniques, safety protocols, and knife handling
- Ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and standards
- Monitoring food costs to ensure profitability
Requirements
- At least two years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting.
- Experience working with a variety of cuisines.
- Strong managerial skills.
