Job Description

• Develop menu items, recipes and food preparation plans


• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are properly prepared


• Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, health and safety regulations


• Order ingredients from approved suppliers


• Control inventory of food supplies, equipment, and other supplies


• Analyze customer feedbacks to improve customer satisfaction levels

Requirements for the Candidate

• At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role


• Knowledge of menu development and cooking techniques



• Ability to lead a team and delegate tasks effectively
