Job Summary

The Executive Chef will be responsible for creating and overseeing the culinary operations of the kitchen. This includes managing the kitchen staff, creating menus, purchasing food and managing costs, developing recipes, ensuring high quality dishes, as well as ensuring all food safety regulations are followed.
