Al Mithnab is searching for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating project plans and activities in order to meet project objectives in a timely manner. Our ideal candidate is a highly organized professional with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The Project Manager will be responsible for communicating project progress to key stakeholders, ensuring that all project resources are identified and allocated appropriately, and that all deadlines are met. You will monitor quality assurance processes, develop strategies to mitigate risks, and ensure that the team meets established quality standards. Your goal is to deliver projects according to plan while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

You should have an in-depth understanding of modern project management tools and techniques such as Agile methodology. The successful candidate must have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as in a team environment and possess strong communication skills to ensure collaboration across different departments within the organization. A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is required for this position. Previous experience working with international teams is highly desirable but not essential.
