Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Salesman to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This position requires excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to collaborate with other team members to ensure success. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and customer service, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. The salary for this position is 1400 SAR. We are also willing to consider immigrant candidates for this role.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales and/or customer service
- Knowledge of the local language is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Results driven attitude with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide assistance upon request
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries or complaints
- Maintain up to date knowledge of products and services
- Process payments using cash registers and other devices
- Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions
- Monitor stock levels regularly and ensure shelves remain stocked with merchandise
- Track daily sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and develop strategies for improvement
