We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The position involves the overall management and running of the kitchen, including creating menus, ordering supplies, managing staff, and ensuring that high standards of food quality and safety are met.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as an Executive Chef, with an understanding of food hygiene regulations and excellent culinary skills. Having a passion for cooking delicious dishes is also a must. Responsibilities include:
• Creating menus that are creative yet cost-effective
• Planning and directing food preparation and presentation
• Monitoring quality standards to ensure consistency in food production
• Establishing portion sizes for menu items
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety and hygiene regulations
• Managing staff including hiring, training, scheduling and disciplining when necessary
• Developing purchasing plans to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Keeping up with industry trends to create new dishes that meet customer expectations.
