Executive Chef vacancy in Riyadh Saudi Arabia
We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and preparing high-quality cuisine, while also managing and leading the kitchen staff. We are looking for an experienced individual with a commitment to culinary excellence and creative ideas to bring to the table.
The Executive Chef will be responsible for creating menus, supervising food preparation, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed, training and managing kitchen staff, developing new recipes, and ordering ingredients. Other duties include budgeting and cost control, ensuring quality standards are met, monitoring kitchen inventory levels, evaluating food products, overseeing food presentation prior to serving it, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a chef or head cook in either a hotel or restaurant setting.
The successful candidate must be able to work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer service. They must possess excellent organizational skills and must be able to communicate well both orally and in writing. The Executive Chef must also have an excellent understanding of food safety regulations as well as good problem solving skills. A valid work visa (or willingness to obtain one) is essential for this position.
We offer a competitive salary of 1300 per month along with other benefits associated with the position. We are also open to considering applicants from abroad who may require sponsorship or visa support in order to apply for the role.
