Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Teacher to join our team in Riyadh! You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to our students while monitoring their progress throughout the course. As a Teacher, you should be able to create a positive learning environment by providing support, guidance, and direction on assignments and projects. Additionally, you should be able to motivate students with effective communication skills and passion for teaching.
The successful candidate should have excellent knowledge of the subject matter they will teach as well as the ability to develop engaging lesson plans that appeal to different learning styles. You should also possess a positive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities:
• Develop lesson plans based on current educational trends and best practices that are tailored towards individual student’s needs; assign relevant homework tasks accordingly; grade papers; provide feedback on performance; provide advice for improvement where necessary
• Deliver engaging lectures using appropriate teaching methods (e.g., group activities); assess student understanding through question/answer sessions; utilize technology in the classroom (e.g., audio/video materials) • Monitor student progress throughout the course; track attendance records; identify struggling students; arrange individual or group tutoring sessions when necessary • Facilitate cooperation among students by organizing extracurricular activities (e.g., field trips); encourage participation in school events • Stay up-to-date with developments in area of expertise by reading current literature; attending conferences/workshops
