Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing and executing projects according to client needs and expectations. You will also be responsible for ensuring project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering or business management.
• Proven experience working as a project manager on multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
• Excellent understanding of project management principles and techniques.
• Ability to use project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, stakeholders, and other third parties.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction while also being able to collaborate effectively with a team.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks appropriately in order to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of applicable safety regulations related to construction sites is beneficial but not required.
• Fluency in both English & Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed plans for projects including objectives, milestones, tasks, dependencies and resources required for completion.
• Coordinate activities of all stakeholders involved in the project including clients, contractors, engineers and other team members throughout the life cycle of the project from initiation through completion.
• Monitor progress of all aspects of the project including tracking progress against timelines and budgets; identifying potential issues; escalating issues appropriately; negotiating changes in scope; ensuring accuracy of documents; providing status reports on a regular basis; etc.
• Develop effective strategies for managing risks associated with the project while ensuring quality control throughout its life-cycle by using appropriate tools such as inspections/audits/testing as appropriate along with corrective actions when needed .
• Ensure that all contractual obligations are met according to specifications regarding quality standards materials used as well as health & safety regulations at construction sites where applicable .
