Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have a passion for baking, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for creating delicious desserts, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods for our restaurant. This position offers a salary of 1700 with the opportunity to grow professionally with us. We are open to considering an immigrant candidate for this role.
Requirements for the Candidate:
The successful applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a pastry chef in a fast-paced environment. Expert knowledge of different baking techniques is essential, as well as the ability to follow recipes correctly and consistently produce outstanding results that exceed expectations. A strong eye for presentation is also critical. In addition, the candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment. Finally, the successful applicant should also have access to reliable transportation in order to travel between our different locations if needed.

Job Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Pastry Chef will be to create delicious desserts that are visually appealing while adhering to established recipes or developing new ones as needed. This includes managing all aspects of pastry production from baking cakes and cookies to decorating desserts with frosting or glazes according to customer orders or daily specials menus. The successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing food safety standards within the kitchen, maintaining accurate inventory records, ordering supplies when needed, managing other kitchen staff assigned to their section, ensuring cleanliness throughout the day-to-day operations of their department, and participating in weekly menu planning meetings with colleagues from other departments.
