Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the merchandise inventory and providing excellent customer service. This position offers a salary of 1400 SAR per month. We are open to considering immigrants for the role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working as a merchandiser
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Experience with CRM software is an advantage
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Manage merchandise inventory and ensure adequate stock levels at all times.
- Develop relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products at competitive prices.
- Monitor current market trends and analyse customer feedback to inform purchasing decisions.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, inventory trends, new product opportunities, etc.
- Ensure merchandise displays are attractive and effective in driving sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries and requests.
