Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of barista experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of coffee and tea brewing techniques
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (foreigners must prove international proficiency)
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare hot and cold drinks such as espresso, cappuccino, macchiato, etc.
• Follow recipes precisely while maintaining the highest standards for quality.
• Accurately measure ingredients and adhere to portion control procedures.
• Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Keep the work area clean, sanitized, and well stocked at all times.
• Follow all health safety guidelines when handling food products.
• Provide friendly customer service at all times.
