Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating new recipes, baking cakes and other pastries, and overseeing the production process. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare cakes, pastries, mousses, custards, creams and other baked products according to established recipes or instructions from the head chef.
• Create new recipes or modify existing ones according to customer’s preferences.
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies needed for baking.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after use.
• Supervise junior staff members in their daily tasks.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
