We are seeking an experienced and reliable Office Assistant for a full-time position in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing administrative support; managing incoming calls; scheduling meetings; responding to emails; filing documents; handling confidential and sensitive information; maintaining office supplies; and completing other tasks as assigned.

The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize tasks. We prefer candidates with previous experience working in an office setting and those who are familiar with office equipment. Preference will be given to those of Indian nationality.
