Resort Manager vacancy in Hafr al Batin Saudi Arabia

Resort Manager - Malayalee Preferred
We are looking for a Resort Manager located in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should be a native or fluent English speaker, with knowledge of Malayalam language being an advantage.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the resort, including managing staff and guest services. You will ensure that all resort services and facilities are running smoothly and efficiently, as well as develop strategies to promote the resort and increase occupancy rates. Additionally, you will have to monitor budgets and financial reports, negotiate contracts with suppliers, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

You should have excellent organizational skills, the ability to lead a team effectively, good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commercial awareness. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
