Staff Assistant - Part Time (Women Preferred)
We are seeking a Staff Assistant to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This is a part time role with hours to be discussed upon successful application. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Preference will be given to female applicants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the staff and assisting with the daily running of the office. This may include filing paperwork, managing schedules, data entry, responding to emails and phone calls, organizing meetings, and other administrative tasks as required.

The ideal candidate should have great organizational skills and a good understanding of office procedures and etiquette. They should also have excellent time management skills, be detail-oriented and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not necessary.
