Administrative Assistant - Medina, Saudi Arabia (Egyptian Preferred)
We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, and be able to provide support to the wider team on administrative tasks.

The successful individual will have excellent organizational skills, be comfortable working independently and have a strong attention to detail. You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively in Arabic. English language skills are not required for this position.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maintaining records and filing systems; scheduling appointments; preparing correspondence; conducting research; writing reports; managing databases; providing customer service support; and running various errands as needed.
