Administrative manager vacancy in Medina Saudi Arabia

Administrative Manager (India/English Speaking Preferred)
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Administrative Manager to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization. This includes managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining accurate records. In addition, the Administrative Manager will be expected to develop and implement policies and procedures for the office in order to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role. They must be highly organized and have excellent communication skills. Fluency in English and prior experience with Indians is preferred but not required. Candidates must own their own visa or be able to obtain one upon hiring.
