Secretary- Yanbu, Saudi Arabia (Africa Preferred)

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Secretary to join our team in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. This is a full time job with accommodation included. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills and must be able to work independently. Native English language proficiency is preferred but not required. Additionally, preference will be given to applicants from African countries.

The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks which may include scheduling appointments, taking notes, producing documents, managing emails, filing documents, and other related tasks. The successful candidate should also have excellent attention to detail and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
