Full-Time Administrator - Medina, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in English.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Managing day-to-day administrative operations
• Planning and coordinating events and activities
• Preparing reports and maintaining records
• Answering inquiries and providing customer service
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Assisting with project coordination and implementation
• Keeping track of office supplies and ordering new items as needed
• Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of professional administrative experience
• Proficiency in English (verbal & written) is a must • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask and work independently • Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Preference given to candidates of Indian or Malayalee nationality.
