Part-time Call Center Representative (No English Required, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia)
We are hiring a part-time call center representative to work in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. No prior experience or English language requirement is necessary. Applicant must have their own visa and accommodation. Preference will be given to applicants of Malayalee nationality. The successful candidate will be expected to answer incoming calls from customers, respond to inquiries and provide information on the company’s products and services. They will also be responsible for recording customer information accurately and responding to customer complaints in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, great customer service abilities, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
