Resort Manager - Hafr Al Batin, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for a Resort Manager to join our team in Hafr Al Batin, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the resort, including operations, guest services, and staff.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry and a proficiency in both spoken and written English. Preferred candidates should also have experience with customer relations management software (CRM) and be willing to work flexible hours as required. Preference will be given to Pakistani and Egyptian nationals.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage daily operations, ensure high standards of customer service are met, handle guest complaints efficiently, develop strategies to boost revenue and occupancy levels, oversee staff performance and training, create reports on occupancy levels and financial performance of the hotel/resort, oversee bookings/reservations systems, coordinate with housekeeping staff on room availability and cleanliness standards, liaise with external stakeholders such as suppliers and vendors, ensure compliance with relevant laws/regulations/codes of practice etc., and any other duties as assigned by the management team.
Candidates must possess excellent organizational skills, leadership abilities, communication skills (both verbal & written), problem-solving abilities, an eye for detail & accuracy, good interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task effectively in order to succeed in this role.
