Administrative Assistant - Medina, Saudi Arabia (Preference for Pakistani Candidates)
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in English.

Responsibilities include providing administrative support to the office staff, managing calendars and appointments, organizing meetings and events, handling incoming calls and emails, and preparing documents. The Administrative Assistant will also be expected to take on additional tasks as needed.

The successful candidate must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The ability to prioritize tasks, multitask efficiently, and maintain confidentiality are essential qualities. We prefer applicants who are Pakistani nationals or have prior experience working in the country.
