We are seeking a full-time Call Center Representative for our Jeddah, Saudi Arabia based office. The ideal candidate should be a Malayalee woman who has excellent English communication skills and is available to work without accommodation. Responsibilities include providing customer service to clients over the phone, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and accurately documenting interactions with customers. Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to provide feedback on customer satisfaction levels as well as identify areas for improvement. The position requires good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as with a team.
