Customer Service Data Entry vacancy in Muscat Oman

Job description :

-We want 4 female employee as freelance job (2arabic-2english), work as data entry & customer service.

-Work very easy but very sensitive and must take care for every step.

-25 hours weekly (it's fixable as your timetable)

-Collecting data from our customers online by chat (some time you need to communicate by calling).

-Organize our social media accounts.

-Communicate with our customers as customer service.

-Must attend monthly meeting, we will not accept any excuse .

-Our customer data is extremely confidential and any disclosing for customers data will exposes you to legal accountability.

-Our system is very high secured to keep our data safe and our stuff also.

-We must know more personal data about our stuff , to keep you safe and give you extra facilities in work and your life .

-You will get full paid 21 days vacation every year .

-Salary : 130 OMR for part time jobs. (fixed)

Conditions of employment:

-Have visa for Oman work or family visa (no visit or tourist visa).

-live in Muscat. (no other state).

-age between 18 to 35 only.

-Female only

-Good English language or Arabic language ( you must be good at least in one)

-Good experience in social media and customer services preferred.

-Know how to deal with some apps (google docs , drobox and zoom).

-There are no restrictions on religion, belief or nationality.
