We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the operations of our luxury resort in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in managing a successful resort.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the resort, including front desk, housekeeping, guest services, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and retention.
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cost control for the resort.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the resort and attract new guests.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products at competitive prices.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in resort management.
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Hindi is a plus).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends and holidays.
