Resort Manager for Egyptian Nationals in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking an experienced Resort Manager to lead our team in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. This position is specifically open to Egyptian nationals, and English language skills are not required.

As a Resort Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and ensuring the smooth running of our resort. This includes managing staff, maintaining the resort's facilities and amenities, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage resort staff to ensure high-quality service
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain the resort's standards
- Monitor expenses and budgets to ensure profitability
- Coordinate with other departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Maintain the resort's appearance and functionality through regular inspections and maintenance checks

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in both English (preferred) and Arabic
- Knowledge of financial management principles
- Customer service oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to relocate to Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia
