Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales and marketing, with a proven track record of generating revenue and increasing occupancy rates. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve hotel revenue goals
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking
- Maintain relationships with current clients and foster new partnerships
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients
- Conduct site visits with potential clients to showcase hotel amenities and services
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or marketing
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic would be an asset)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software for tracking leads and sales performance
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
