Job Title: Office Assistant
We are currently seeking a highly organized and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operations of our daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and emails
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office staff
- Assist with organizing meetings and events as needed
- Create, edit, and format documents such as letters, memos, reports, etc.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, etc.
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare expense reports
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office assistant or similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must have own valid visa for working in Saudi Arabia (for all nationalities)
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
