Inventory Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory control, including purchasing, receiving, tracking, and maintaining inventory levels. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in inventory management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular audits
- Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely ordering of supplies
- Oversee the receiving process to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Track inventory movements and maintain accurate records
- Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate inventory needs
- Manage a team of inventory clerks or assistants
Requirements:
- Previous experience in inventory management is required.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
- Must be able to work full-time without accommodation.
