Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through developing and implementing effective sales strategies. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in hotel sales and a strong ability to communicate fluently in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through various channels
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to make informed decisions on future strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in service delivery and guest experience
- Prepare proposals, contracts, presentations, and reports as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel sales is required
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Nationalities: Pakistani or Egyptian (Preference only, not a strict requirement)
